Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, and customers receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched. Processing times may be slightly extended during holidays, promotional events, or periods of exceptionally high order volume.

Shipping methods are selected according to the destination, product type, warehouse location, and carrier availability to ensure efficient and secure delivery. Delivery times vary by region and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, local holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping fees are based on the total weight of each order, providing a simple and transparent pricing structure. Orders weighing 0–0.5 kg qualify for free shipping, while orders weighing over 0.5–2 kg are charged US$5, over 2–10 kg are charged US$10, and orders weighing over 10 kg are charged US$20. The applicable shipping fee is automatically calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Customers can monitor their shipments using the tracking number provided after dispatch. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. If a shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, customers are encouraged to contact our support team as soon as possible. GearVita will work closely with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
