  • Extended warranties exclude consumables, wear & tear, accidental/misuse damage, modifications
  • Seel Protection excludes intentional damage, theft, loss, and cosmetic-only damage
  • VIP Support offers priority handling but no absolute resolution time guarantee for complex issues
