By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Return & Refund Policy.
1. Definitions
- Order: Any purchase of products made through our Site
- Product: Any 3D printer, accessory, part, filament, or other item sold on our Site

- We / us / our: GearVita
- You / your: The customer who places an order through our Site
- Original condition: Unused, unassembled, unmodified, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and protective materials intact
- RMA: Return Merchandise Authorization
2. Returns Overview
- This policy applies only to products purchased directly from GearVita’s official website.
- For items bought from resellers or third-party retailers, please contact the seller directly.
- 3D printers and related technical goods have special return rules; some items are non-returnable once opened or used.
3. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
3.1 Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order at any time before it is processed for shipment.
3.2 How to Cancel

3.3 Refund Timeline
- PayPal: 1–2 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: 2–5 business days
- Bank Transfer/Wire Payment: Up to 10 business days
3.4 Processed Orders
Once picked, packed, or shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Please use the return process after delivery.
4. Change of Mind Returns (14-Day Window)
4.1 Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

- Unused (not powered on, assembled, or operated)
- Unmodified with no alterations or repairs
- In original, undamaged packaging
- Complete with all accessories, manuals, cables, and parts
- In fully resalable new condition

- Opened filament spools
- Consumable parts (nozzles, build plates, PTFE tubes, adhesive sheets)
- Activated or downloaded software
- Clearance / final-sale / as-is products
- Customized or custom-configured items
- Products with missing or damaged serial numbers
- Gift cards
4.4 Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted from your refund, based on item condition.
4.5 Return Shipping
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend trackable, insured shipping.
5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products (30-Day Window)
5.1 Eligibility
Returns allowed within 30 days of delivery for:
- Shipping damage
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong items received
- Missing major parts or accessories
5.2 Exclusions
Not covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- User error, misuse, or improper assembly
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Use of non-recommended filament/accessories
- Environmental damage (humidity, temperature, etc.)
5.3 Required Documentation
- Shipping damage: Photos of damaged packaging + product + carrier report (if available)
- Defects: Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Wrong items: Photos of received product and packaging label
5.4 Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error or verified defect:
- We will provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs
- Requires prior approval and original receipts
- Reimbursement processed after inspection

7. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Support (Required)
You must obtain an RMA number before returning any item.

Include:
- Order number
- Name & email
- Items to return
- Reason for return
- Photos/videos (for defects/damage)
Step 2: Receive RMA Number
Within 3 business days, we will provide:
- RMA number
- Return shipping address
- Instructions and shipping method details
Important: Returns without a valid RMA may be refused or delayed. Mark the RMA number clearly on the package.
Step 3: Pack Securely
- Use original packaging if possible
- Include all accessories, manuals, and parts
- Add protective padding
- Seal securely
- Label with RMA number
Step 4: Ship the Item
- Ship to the provided address
- Use trackable shipping with insurance
- Keep tracking number and receipt
Step 5: Inspection & Result
We will inspect returns within 5 business days and notify you of approval/denial by email.
8. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.
