Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories are calculated based on weight and dimensions at checkout.

Processing Time & Cutoff Times

We aim to pack and ship all orders within 24 hours — most orders go out the same day!

Cutoff Time

  • Monday–Friday: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST with in-stock items ship the same day
  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day

International Orders & Customs

Duties, Taxes & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United States:

  • You are considered the importer and are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees
  • These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs
  • Customs policies vary by country — please check with your local customs office before ordering

DDP Services (Duties Paid)

For eligible countries/regions, we offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping.
We pre-pay all duties and taxes — no extra fees upon delivery.

Refused Shipments

If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs fees:

  • Refunds will be issued minus all shipping costs (outbound + return shipping)
  • If you abandon the package, no refund will be issued

Special Shipping Methods

Freight / LTL Shipping

For industrial printers and large equipment, we ship via freight carrier.

Important Notes:

  • The freight carrier will call you to schedule delivery — please provide a valid phone number.
  • Service is typically curb-side delivery (driver unloads at your driveway/curb; you provide labor/equipment to move inside).
  • Please have a forklift or sufficient help ready for unloading.

Bulky Goods

Items requiring special handling due to size or weight may incur additional fees.
These fees are clearly shown on product pages and at checkout.

Ship on Your Account

Want to use your own FedEx / UPS / DHL account?

  1. Place your order normally and enter your account number in checkout comments.
  2. We'll ship using your account and refund any shipping charges you paid.

  • Carbon Footprint: We continuously optimize shipping routes and partner with carriers committed to reducing emissions.

Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages

Address Accuracy

We can only ship to the address you provide.
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to pay customs fees

We will:

  1. Refund your order minus the original and return shipping costs
  2. If you wish to have the order re‑shipped, you will be responsible for new shipping charges

APO/FPO Addresses

We do ship to APO/FPO military addresses.

Lost & Damaged Shipments

Lost Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. First, check carefully
    Ask neighbors, check porches, mailrooms, or delivery notices.
  2. Contact us
    If still missing, email service@gearvita.com within [5 business days].
  3. Investigation
    We will file a claim with the carrier. This process typically takes [7–14 days].

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Note at delivery
    If possible, note the damage when signing. If the carrier does not allow it, refuse the package.
  2. Take photos
    Photograph both the outer box damage and the inner product damage.
    Please keep all original packaging.
  3. Report immediately
    Send photos to service@gearvita.com within [3 business days].
Note:
If the outer box is damaged but the products inside are unaffected, no further action is needed. For returns, please use different packaging.

Holidays & Business Interruptions

Warehouse Closures

Our warehouse is closed on the following U.S. federal holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving & Black Friday
  • Christmas Day

Important:
Orders placed on these days will begin processing on the next business day.

Force Majeure

Weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, carrier strikes, or other unexpected events may cause shipping delays.

We will post timely updates on our website and notify affected customers by email as soon as possible.

Partial Shipments & Pre-orders

Partial Shipments

If your order contains multiple items and some are out of stock, we may ship in multiple boxes.

  • If we offer partial shipments: In-stock items ship first; backordered items ship later — no additional shipping charges
  • If we don't offer partial shipments, Your order will wait until all items are available

Pre-orders

Items marked “Expected [Date]” are pre-orders.

  • If ordered with in-stock items, your entire order will wait for the pre-order item (unless you place separate orders)
  • Estimated dates may change due to suppliers — we'll notify you if dates shift significantly

Gift Orders

During checkout, you can add a gift message:

  • Choose a card style and write your message — you can preview it before checkout
  • Note: Gift messages cannot be added after checkout

Invoices & Pricing

  • No invoice in the box: All invoices are sent via email only — ideal for sending gifts directly to recipients
  • Price confidentiality: No prices appear on the outside of packages
  • To send as a gift, enter the recipient’s address at checkout — you will receive the invoice at your email address

If the order hasn’t been packed yet:

  2. Or email us at service@gearvita.com with:
    • Order number
    • Specific changes requested (items, quantity, shipping address)

If the order is packed or shipped:

Modification is no longer available.
Please initiate a return after you receive the package.

Q: Can I choose the carrier?

You may select from available shipping options during checkout.
If you require a specific carrier (e.g., FedEx only), simply leave a note in the order comments — we will accommodate your request if possible.

Q: Why was my order split into multiple shipments?

Possible reasons:

  • Items ship from different warehouses
  • Your order includes pre-order / backordered items; in-stock goods are shipped first
  • Large or oversized items require separate freight shipping

Q: How do free gifts work?

Eligible free gifts will be automatically added to your cart.

Important notes:

  • Gifts are available while supplies last — first-come, first-served
  • Gifts are not confirmed until your order is submitted
  • If you return purchased items, the corresponding free gift must also be returned

Q: When should I order for Christmas/holidays?

We strongly recommend ordering as early as possible — shipping volumes and delays increase significantly during holiday seasons.
