New Arrival of Xiaomi Huami Amazfit 2

The Xiaomi Huami Amazfit 2 is a wearable sports smartwatch in cooperation between Huami and Xiaomi, which exclusively available in China now, but will be launched for many western countries under the name of Amazfit Pace 2 later on. The successor of the popular Amazfit Pace comes with a more sturdy body and upgraded processing power, along with a new watch 2.0 version.

The Xiaomi Huami Amazfit 2 has a modern and high-quality design. The watch case is partly made of scratch-resistant ceramic, the base is now made of carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate, and comes with a polished ceramic bezel along with three 316L steel navigation buttons and a 2.5D sapphire crystal front panel that protects a 1.34-inch reflective low-power color capacitive display with 320 x 300 resolution. A reflective display is characterized by the fact that it can be read excellently in direct sunlight. It is also interesting that the display is always active("Always-On") and at the same time there are no losses in battery life.

The bracelet is attached with a sliding closure,which makes it easy to exchange.With IP67 protection,the Xiaomi Huami Amazfit 2 is dust-tight and even protected against temporary submersion to a depth of one meter. Although the back of the case is made of plastic,optically adapts well to the ceramic.The striking red silicone strap is closed by a pin buckle and is adjustable in size by 15 levels.

The processing power under the hood has been upgraded to a 1.2GHz dual-core processor coupled with 512MB RAM and 4GB of internal storage, of which only 2GB are free, the rest being occupied by the proprietary Watch 2.0 OS.
